Jayson Nag founded The Law Offices of Jayson Nag in 2012 with a mission to help those in need. What started out as strictly a Criminal Defense firm quickly expanded to include litigation, family law, estate planning and small business representation. Today our law firm has represented over 1,000 clients from all walks of life.

Michael Munoz - Managing Attorney, Family Law Division

Michael Munoz champions his clients causes and uses his experience with the law, the courts, and the people involved to advocate forcefully for my clients. He is able to adapt to the changing cirumstances that occur during litigation and will help steer clients away from the pitfalls that befall many during these trying times.

J. Eric Nickols - Of Counsel

J. Eric Nickols was born in Waxahachie, Texas and received his Bachelor’s Degree from Howard Payne University in 1998. After coaching and teaching at a local high school for 2 years, he then attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he was awarded his Juris Doctorate in 2003.

Harry E. White - Of Counsel

Harry is licensed by the State Bar of Texas.  He graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1999 and Rice University in 1996.  He is Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.   He is licensed to practice law before the United States District Court in the Western District of Texas.
