Jayson Nag - Owner and Managing Attorney

Jayson Nag founded The Law Offices of Jayson Nag in 2012 with a mission to help those in need. What started out as strictly a Criminal Defense firm quickly expanded to include litigation, family law, estate planning and small business representation. Today our law firm has represented over 1,000 clients from all walks of life.

Steven Ditommaso - Associate Attorney

Steven Ditommaso is a native Texan. He grew up in Mansfield and studied in Arkansas before coming back home. He has been with The Law Offices of Jayson Nag since 2016. Steven handles our misdemeanor docket and family law docket.

J. Eric Nickols - Of Counsel

J. Eric Nickols was born in Waxahachie, Texas and received his Bachelor’s Degree from Howard Payne University in 1998. After coaching and teaching at a local high school for 2 years, he then attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he was awarded his Juris Doctorate in 2003.

After graduating from law school, Eric returned to Texas where he spent the next 14 years working as an Assistant District Attorney in Tarrant County and as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Northern District of Texas.  During Eric’s tenure as a state and federal prosecutor, he litigated cases involving white collar crimes, sexual assault, murder, DWI, and aggravated felonies.  Eric gained extensive trial experience as a prosecutor before helping to start Nickols & White, PLLC.

Harry E. White - Of Counsel

Harry E. White has practiced law since 1999 handling legal matters all over the state while working for the Office of the Attorney General, the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney and the Henderson County Attorney.  At the Office of the Attorney General and the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney, he was the chief of the white collar prosecution units.  He was the First Assistant County Attorney in Henderson County.

Harry has tried dozens of cases all over the State of Texas.  He has investigated and resolved successfully many more.  These cases include theft, misapplication of fiduciary property, identity theft, illegal voting, engaging in organized crime, money laundering, retaliation, tampering, solicitation of capital murder, bribery, gambling, embezzlement, DWI, assault and drug possession.  He has also handled civil matters including forfeitures and civil injunctions.

His experience having worked around Texas for the government directly benefits any client he represents whether that client has been arrested and charged or is only aware that he is being investigated.

Harry subscribes to the idea that a good litigator can successfully try any lawsuit, be that before a criminal or civil court or an administrative board.

Harry is licensed by the State Bar of Texas.  He graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1999 and Rice University in 1996.  He is Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.   He is licensed to practice law before the United States District Court in the Western District of Texas.

Sara Brandt - Litigation Secretary

Sara Brandt has been with The Law Offices of Jayson Nag since 2016. Sara brings years of experience with criminal and family law litigation to our firm. She handles most of our client communication and litigation preparation.

Rheana Whelchel - Legal Secretary

Rheana Whelchel has been with The Law Offices of Jayson Nag since 2017. Rheana previously worked for a high-volume law firm in Fort Worth and with the Tarrant County Community Supervision and Corrections Department. Rheana handles our phone system, scheduling and initial client contact.
